These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Uplyze ("Service"), available at uplyze.net. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Uplyze is a domain monitoring platform designed for affiliate marketers, media buyers, and performance agencies. The Service checks whether your domains are reachable from specific geographic locations, monitors domain health (SSL validity, DNS blacklist status, Google Safe Browsing), and delivers alerts via Telegram.
Checks are performed using residential and mobile proxy infrastructure across 70+ countries. This infrastructure is used solely for automated HTTP requests to the domains you configure — it is not used for general browsing, data collection, or any purpose unrelated to domain monitoring.
The Service is intended for monitoring domains that you own, control, or have explicit authorization to monitor.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Startup tier features. One trial is permitted per person, email address, and network. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed monthly through LemonSqueezy (our payment processor). By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful domain monitoring purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:
We do not verify the legality of the domains you monitor. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions you monitor from.
The Service uses third-party residential and mobile proxy infrastructure (currently provided by Thordata) to perform geo-specific domain checks. You acknowledge that:
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not provide a formal SLA. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability, delayed alerts, or missed checks.
Check intervals operate on a best-effort basis. Actual check frequency may vary due to infrastructure load, third-party proxy availability, or maintenance.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, algorithms, visual design, and content — are owned by Uplyze. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Account data is deleted 30 days after closure, except where retention is required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In plain language: we do our best, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will catch every instance of domain blocking, blacklisting, or downtime. Check results are informational only — do not rely solely on Uplyze for critical business decisions without independent verification.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UPLYZE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uplyze and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) the domains you monitor; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Uplyze.
